      Concur is committed to redefining an entire industry. How the world approaches travel--and expense--is changing and Concur is leading the way. You can go do what you do for any company or, you can be a part of something big at Concur.

      Cons

      Concur is sometimes too willing to work with employees that show little desire to make the necessary changes to align their skills with the direction of the organization.

      People, Culture, Growth, Career Opportunity Performance-driven culture It's in Concur's NDA to challenge the status quo In all the years I've been with Concur, I've never been bored. Not once. And I love that.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. If it wasn't a great place to work, I wouldn't still be here. Concur continues to grow at an aggressive pace. This is a good thing! The company is full of passionate and committed people. I encourage Concur to continue finding the balance between being aggressive in driving growth and innovation while maintaining sensitivity to not burning great people out.

      Pros

      Challenging, Fun, Compensation, Employee Benefits, Culture. There is lots of opportunity at the company, you just have to be able to proactively go get it. Doors need to be opened on their own.

      Cons

      Separation of business units make it feel like there are different cultures, constant ambiguity, clear communication on product changes, additions, and enhancements
