      Pros

      Exceptionally fast paced innovative organisation where no two days are the same! Great team atmosphere, especially from within the business units. The business has its aches and pains from growing so quickly, but its something the leadership are aware of and seeing how things can be fixed

      Cons

      Where the company has grown, the internal processes and systems need to be reviewed, but this happening!

      Pros

      You will find a Great Culture. Professional people with high skills to trust. Work Life Balanced makes you happy and productive and People are important for the company from the bottom of the Leadership hearth. Tools and Communication is also great. You can be yourself and be successful.

      Cons

      Have to work better Customer Service skills with employees and work to join forces between all subsidiaries including those outside the US.
