- Company is very good but bad management politics - Annual dramatic scorecard revision - Huge effort to gain Successful (3.0) or Pass rating; very hard to reach Outstanding (4.0)/ Extraordinary (5.0) scorecard rating (which will determine your annual bonus and employment status to some extent) - Rotating shifts every month (morning, afternoon, or night shift) - Some operations managers tend to ignore employees' concerns in scorecard drastic revisions
