Pros
company wants to go somewhere. comfortable work environment.
Cons
the usual politics. no processes in place to teach people their jobs. you are set up to fail and expected to "know everything already". Asking questions is taboo. Beware of the sign-on bonus. HR doesn't care about your concerns and they will blacklist you if you complain. they also do not respect confidentiality. on several occasions others and myself have gone to HR with issues about management and the HR person went to the manager and told them what was said in the meeting as a "heads up" before any investigation was started. Next thing you know...people are forced out of a job.
