      Pros

      Every day I get to deal with new challenges and be in a continuous learning environment! The culture is very supportive, willing to listen and work collaboratively. Competitive pay, generous time-off and lots of growth opportunity!

      Cons

      I love that every day is different, but with a rapidly growing organization there are times that the constant change can also be challenging.

      Great, on-going training. Awesome yearly trip to HQ in Bellevue WA. Fast growing company. Great pay if you can reach your goals. You are given the tools you need to complete your job.

      Pros

      Decent pay but you can make a lot of money in a thousand better companies.

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized, high turnover in management, little to no internal support. You can send emails all day long, call people, send instant messages, and you will still get no responses. Leadership has no idea how to work internal processes and procedures so you have to get in line with 800 other people for assistance from a SME and often times they have to recruit help as well. Customers are very frustrated because they have the same issues in trying to get help. This company doesn't "do the right thing" in taking care of their employees. Segments are not friendly with each other and often times stab each other in the back.
