Low salary Departments aren’t fully aligned Low quota attainment across the board Quotas are never finalized until mid to late Q1 every year Territory realignments (every ~2 years) eats up the entire month of January

The company culture has gone significantly down hill since Concur has begun to merge with SAP. This company used to have such a special culture. Still a lot of great people remain but dropping like flies. Bye bye to the incredible company culture we once knew.
