      Volatile infrastructure

      Pros

      Good salary, at least in Prague, Czechia. Also, good benefits, which got even better after the SAP acquisition.

      Cons

      The infrastructure is in shambles. Concur is transitioning from colocated datacenters to AWS and from a monolith to microservices. This is happening without serious architecture and design, resulting in a volatile environment in which things happen seemingly ad hoc, and are often underdocumented and broken.

      Great culture. Lots of team work. Up-to-date in the software development industry. Working on cutting edge solutions. Cool/contemporary office interior.

      Cons

      Office is located close to freeway, lots of homeless folks, sidewalks are filthy.
