Pros

ok benefits but more or less as everywhere home office is there due to agile workspace

Cons

Management! Fix it. Get externals if needed. HR is problematic. It s there to only reply and close tickets. tickets are there on everything you do at work, which you need to review afterwards. Salaries are lower than competition currently. Problems with Ariba and Concur employees still persist after all these years. But we are one company. We are treated differently though. Wouldn t recommend if you want to have a career due to the poor culture and the lack of support. Salary is not worth it. Overall the Prague branch is the pitiful one of all, with fancy offices.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Each year, we undertake an external salary benchmarking review of the local market. This review is to ensure we offer a competitive salary package compared to companies with a similar profile and for the wide range of roles we have in each country. We also have a compensation review cycle that gets underway in Quarter One every year. As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team, and on an individual level) to reward employees. We encourage you to use the SAP Talk tool to discuss any open questions/points of clarification or concerns you might have on this topic with your line manager directly.
