It is very clique based environment. If they do not like you, they will ignore you. Favoritism is a serious problem. Contracts department is not helpful at times. IT barely does anything. Upper management likes to pat themselves on the back A LOT

It's a job and you get a paycheck.

Cons

There is no appreciation for employees, they don't even give you a keyboard or a mouse, you are required to purchase it with your own money. Super cheap. They have recognition for Executives only but not Employees or Contractors. Horrible cutler super frugal. Don't have enough staff on accounts to manage it properly and deliver to customer expectation.
