      Poorly Managed

      Pros

      Good people who have been in the industry for a long time at high levels of organizations.

      Cons

      Management has very little idea what they are doing. No path for growth is ever discussed or obtainable. If you have not work in the industry with one of the leaders in the past you will not be targeted for upward movement. They failed to properly address the Public sector and have had to greatly transition out of the Federal Government. Not impressed with how everything was managed overall.

      Pros

      Worklife Balance is great. Probally the best in the industry. Relatively safe place to work. You can comfortbaly stay in various roles for years.

      Cons

      The salary is going to be lower than some other companies. The longer you stay at the company, The less you will make in relation to your peers. However its a decent trade off for the work life balance.
