      Awesome place to work, good colleagues

      Pros

      A lot of events are organized which keeps the employees entertained. Flat hierarchy, not much bureaucracy. Open door policy, rather there are no doors. Managers are also assigned cubicles so they are accessible all the time. Open and free environment. Free food and good variety. Beautiful campus in Bangalore. Kiosks has lots of options, from appetizers to desserts and juices/shakes. Young, vibrant work force. Good gym inside the campus with good set of trainers.

      Cons

      Unstable management, the top managers change every now and then leading to change in organizational reporting. Not much growth career -wise after a couple to years.

      Pros

      Company has a track-record of success with a massive portfolio of customers globally. Opportunities to stretch into more challenging customer accounts and different roles. Well-implemented knowledge transfer and training to field employees. Ambitious and hard-working colleagues.

      Cons

      Along with the large size and stability, you get a rigid process-oriented culture where teams are slow to adopt new methodologies or ways of working. It's not the fault of individuals - it's just a very large company that doesn't like making mistakes.
