      Pros

      SAP has a lot of different positions and roles that can help you find the perfect fit for your career. Furthermore, international exposure during daily job helps you build a profile that is ever appealing. Last but not least, compensation and benefits are really hard to match by any other employer.

      Cons

      Once in a specific position, it is quite complex to define or identify a clear development plan that includes both professional skill and salary making sometimes hard to fully engage yourself.
