      Pros

      Great company with amazing culture, values and also excellent benefits. You feel part of a big family, there are a lot of different internal interesting roles to be covered, and eventually you can even move to other countries if you want.

      Cons

      Unless you are covering important/strategic roles , you decide always your pace. This could be a good thing, but sometimes you might have the feeling there's not a clear career path as in other companies. You are free ( and you need) to find the path yourself.

And you're totally right about how many resources we have in this Company. SAP does, in fact, offer a tremendous amount of learning & development opportunities. But with our company being so global, we really encourage employees to take it upon themselves to define their goals and document them. We strive for a learning lifestyle and learning culture at SAP.
