Pros

Good communication with management, lots of independent work, paid mileage

Cons

Shifts were wildly inconsistent, some days would be a full 10 hours and some days the store would have nothing for me. I would often drive long distances only to turn around and get sent back home. It’s grunt work.

Very dusty and customers sometimes frustrated that we don’t know where everything is. Low pay and some travel with no mileage compensation.
