Pros

Hours are ok, space management is very helpful, and most of the leads are very helpful and willing to jump in and help complete sets during time crunch.

Cons

Being told your doing a great job, but not receiving a yearly review or pay raise after 1.5 years of dedication.

Pros

Company genuinely seems to want to do a good job and take care of its people. The people are genuine and friendly. I have a great boss

Cons

IT department needs a thorough makeover, cannot get issues fixed in a timely manner which affects the ability to meet client expectations. Teams haven't gotten raises in a long time, people who have been working there for years are still making the same thing as when they started.

Pros

Four day work week. Independent position. Varied schedule.

Cons

No opportunity for increasing income at all. Poor contact for HR questions. No incentives to perform to a higher standards. No 401K or any perks. No vacation accrued. No paid personal days. Sick time only for 30 hours + ( Massachusetts instituted law) Very poor communication overall.
