Pros

Pros are having weekends off. Mileage reimbursement, $20 daily food credit when traveling, hotel paid when 90 minutes plus from home.

Cons

Where do I start. Don't expect to be trained when starting. They hand you a schematic and expect you know what you're doing. You'll need a measuring tape, a pen, marker, and possibly gloves for working in the freezer, maybe knee pads too when working low to the ground. These you must provide yourself- it is NOT provided for you. Be ready to put tons of miles on your car! It's tough working nights and employees can be real rough around the edges. Good luck!

Pros

Time off for holidays and weekends were the best part of this job. 3 days weekends most of the time and a week off paid for full time only during the 4 major holidays. 4th of July week, Thanksgiving week, christmas week and new years week. Plus you get a week vacation after one year of employment.

Cons

The pay is too low for the responsibility of running a team of people. Some part time people were getting paid more than I was.
