Pros

Typically 4 day work week plus travel pay and hotels paid for

Cons

Management does a poor job managing and favoritism runs rampit, most of the time when you go to the place your supposed to (normally out of state) they won't have scheduled your room, they will make you travel and when a team lead isn't there and your unable to work due to not having information on what to do since they print it all off at the start of the day they punish the lower employees instead of the team leads, team leads steal time and have family members getting 50+ hours despite never setting foot in the store, there is racism to Hispanic people due to them not fully knowing English and there is no assistance in trying to meaningfully communicate with those individuals, it's just learn on the fly or get fired, no fair chance involved.

Pros

If you like to travel and have not much of a home life style, it's perfect

Cons

Can't feel secure in making a full check every pay day. Can't count on ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT for anything. Their words are meaningless and their promise phrases are like a preprogrammed script.. memorized and robotic...

They don't pay you!

Pros

Lots of hours if you like overtime. Can ask for time off whenever.

Cons

They promote you but don't change your pay. I've been promoted twice and it's been over a year since the first one and they still haven't fixed my pay. "But don't worry you will get back pay" is what they say. That doesn't pay my bills now. They hire everyone at part time but require you to work fulltime with no benefits. They expect you to to travel all over the place but don't even pay you the IRS minimum for mileage which is 65cents a mile. They are breaking so many labor laws and need to be reported to BOLI & the IRS !! They don't deserve to be rated even 1 star.
