Pros

I'm on the Maine travel team and I love it. The hotels are nice, and the company reimburses you for $20 a day for food. I'm also thankful to this company for their caring and support of me as an employee. After finishing my chemo-radiation for stage 3b cancer in late April of 2018, I recently found out I have a local recurrence of my cancer. My team has been amazing and supportive for when I start my chemo again. All of our team members work hard, and work together as a cohesive unit. My team lead Dan, is efficient and skilled at what he does. He's never over your shoulder, and instead just comes around to see how you're doing on said reset. His management style works well, and he has a good repertoire with the different store managers. Denny is the territory lead, and I liked it when he jumped in to help do resets. Also, if there's any problem with pay or anything like that, he fixes it for you. Keith Jackson I found to be very kind, and it was great to meet him. My pay is good in my opinion.

Cons

It takes a while to get your paycheck for direct deposit. It's around 2 check cycles. Life insurance or some extra perks such as a health account would be nice

Pros

You get to travel to different locations, which is pretty cool. Home store teams usually have at least 3 locations, so you’re never working in the same place

Cons

Everyone at the same level is paid unevenly; there are NO yearly evaluations and therefore NO yearly pay increases; no benefits for people who are technically part-time (I say technically because you WILL be working close to 40 hrs or even over in a part-time position); they keep giving time pressures, even to the fastest and most capable workers; they DO NOT VALUE ANYONE; they basically do not care what rules you break, you could beat someone up in the company and just be transferred, but they draw the line if someone is accused of theft, even with no proof. You will be overworked, incredibly undervalued, and accused of not trying and milking time if they give you a bunch of huge sets and you go over by 15 min after scrambling to get everything done. Management and higher ups are incredibly out of touch. The lower level of the company is unbelievably understaffed and they keep saying they can’t afford people to take the time necessary to complete the work correctly. They are pocketing the money, increasing the pay rates of people higher up to the point where they take regular vacations, buy houses, cars, and boats, and the lower level workers are picking up 1-3 jobs outside just to pay their bills. If you complain to HR about unfair pay, they brush you off. And forget about seasonal work if you’re a student. They don't see school as a valid reason to get leave, so they just repeatedly terminate you and take 2 weeks to a month and a half to rehire you, then you need to do all the training again because they seem to have fully wiped you from the system. And forget any sick hours you may have accrued during your time working there; they wipe those too. Also no union.

Pros

Great for part time work. Easy work. Off weekends.

Cons

Lack of hours. Team lead is extremely shady. Team leads clock you in/out, meaning they're friends on they're team gets more hours. Very unapproachable, rude. And the recruiter was very excited to get mein the door but after starting wouldn't even answer the phone. And its been a huge hassle getting my first $200 check from them. Is a huge run around no one knows who I should report to for this type of matter.
