Pros

The work is very easy

Cons

We were working at 4am. My schedule would change without warning. By that, I mean I would go to bed early so I can get up and work at four only to find out when I woke up that I Am not on the schedule.... or I’ve had days I was off added to my schedule without warning. There is supposed to be a dress code, that isn’t adhered to. There is a family clique. People related to the supervisor did what they wanted. My pay check on June 12th was wrong. It is almost August and they still haven’t corrected it. I put in two weeks notice, and by California law, I should have been paid out on my last day. It took over a week past my last day before I saw my money. I’ve been hung up on when I’ve had a question. It’s the whole company. It’s flawed top to bottom. There is no leadership, the communication is poor, and nepotism seems to be what matters in the group I worked for.

Pros

Scheduling was somewhat flexible, and work was pretty easy.

Cons

Where do I start? I worked at this job for 3 months. Upper management constantly micromanaged my team lead and our own work. - Constant turnover; the people who I worked with on the team were barely capable of the easiest of assignments on the job. Many coworkers would actually leave randomly during the workday and not come back. There was no disciplinary process that was ever used to keep this from happening. The travel - some days it was only 15 minutes commute one way. Other days it was 50 minutes each way. The mileage compensation system for SAS is poor: only after 30 minutes or 30 miles of driving do you get compensated 15 cents a mile plus hourly wage. This is barely enough to make up for gas money, not even including the additional wear and tear on your vehicle. The trainer in my service area didn't even train us! They showed up, talked with us for about half an hour, then left. The pay is poor, and I was informed that raises in reality do not exist for this position. You don't enter in your own hours, or even get to view them until your get your paycheck - super shady. If you happen to be in an area where there isn't much work, then you won't be able to get 40 hours a week with this job.

Pros

* Team building * Always keeping up on latest technology and never afraid to try new things * Freedom to work in many different locations * 3 day Weekends every week with the opportunity to work full schedule's * meet and work with new people daily * Very detail Oriented- You will never be unprepared to complete a project The behind the scene preparation that goes into the teams daily tasks is second to none. * can and will do attitude - Through this pandemic and before our teams have stepped up to the plate to cater to any and all of our clients needs without hesitation. * Growth - sky is the limit if you want it and are willing to work for it you will get it I have never been part of a team that promotes from within the way SAS does they see your value and want you to succeed .

Cons
