They are no pros to this job

Cons

Hire you for full time and cut your to part time 4 weeks later but expect you to still do a full time job. Push you to sell to Walmart everyday and its get old fast being pushed to do a 40 week job in 22 hours and expect you to give them 2 hours of drive time each day so you are really working 30 hours for 22 hours of pay

No nights or weekends, usually done by mid afternoon, mileage reimbursement, travel opportunities. Free lunch while working on full store remodels.

Cons

Blackout weeks during major holidays meaning you have no work. Scarce hours between major projects. Schedule comes out every Friday for the following week.
