Good place to start out

Pros

Need no experience to get the job. It is a good place to get your foot in the door because it presents you with opportunities to move into Ahold. Benefits, 401K, paid vacation and sicks days.

Cons

Hard to get promoted. They want you to work above your pay grade and without the title. Tend to play favorites with employees.
