Pros

I got to travel to different cool places in the US, got to work on the same crew as my best friends, had my hotel and flights paid for.

Cons

They would play favorites and fly certain people out to work while leaving others at home without working for long periods of time, would make certain people share rooms while giving others their own room. They at one time kept me on the road for 3 straight months without going home. Didn't schedule me to work for 3 months and by the time they did I had already started a new job.
