Fun, fast paced, always something to do for the most part

Cons

There isn’t always jobs to work. Sometimes you can work three months and then you can’t get put on a job for a couple of weeks.

Pros

As a Retail Sales Rep on the Unilever Direct Retail Team, the only Pro is 3 weeks vaca, 1 week sick & 3 Floating Holidays

Cons

No raise, no incentive, no room for advancement. Supervisors are out of touch with employee’s low morale. New employees are offered higher hourly rates than veterans on the team. Men are paid more than women. Sales reps are excluded from the Annual Unilever Sales meeting.
