Pros

Work own hours kind of.

Cons

Not paid fairly. Many many packages delivered to home. Corporate profits. Not compensated for vehicle wear and tear. Mileage pay below state minimum. Cut pay with no notice.

Great pay. They offer drive time mileage and travel benefits. They offer 401k to all employees.

Cons

Some of the supervisors don't care about their workers at all.

Pros

Hours are early morning- off afternoons, no weekends or holidays pretty easy work- able to work independently

Cons

No pay during time off- less and less hours offered, upper management acts like babysitters and will not treat you like an adult, no empowerment to manage your own team or offer feedback- they state they want feedback but they do what they want regardless. They sit up in an office telling you they can't pay you more cause of the contract and billable hours but paying themselves more and more. Overall this company is a joke
