      Good work life balance, with early shifts, M-F. Off weekends, and plenty of holidays off.

      Cons

      For me, at least, I have the most experience working in the company we are contracted with. I certainly feel like I deserve a higher rate of pay, just for the knowledge I have with said company. And for the leadership I provide.
