Work alone no management breathing down your back all the time. Set your own schedule.

Cons

Company is not stable. You can be bounced from full time to part time suddenly.

Pros

Very organized, you get to work and you're given your assigment. Team lead is always available to help and will jump in when needed. Great communication and follow up.

Cons

You have to get to work at 4am and since it is at a different location every day, you need to adjust your morning schedule every day. No benefits.
