Pros

Easy to progress up the career ladder if you're driven. My supervisor was very engaging and understanding. Frequently met with VP of retail operations. Performance reviews yearly. Pretty good starting pay. Generous PTO.

Cons

Lackluster benefits. Sometimes it's hard to reach your supervisor.

Pros

This is a great company who treats its employees with respect. The pay is very good. Benefits are good. Training is thorough and they follow up regularly. It’s a solid company.

Cons

I don’t know of any cons. It’s not really a career position, so if you’re looking to advance, that probably won’t happen. But, it’s easy to be happy in the position.
