Pros

Flexible work schedule that is predictable. Great supervisor who is efficient and friendly. Good coworkers who are willing to help after his or her parts been done. Minimum supervising from managers (the store manager we work at is not our manager or supervisor). Straight forward work that is not too complicated. Never work on weekends.

Cons

Only working four days in a week. If it is 5 days it is much better.

Pros

Hours are 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday to Thursday

Cons

Most employees are incompetent. People are allowed to work as slowly as humanly possible while others who finish early end up completing others sets. No team comraderie. Some employees bully the manager and/or complain about tasks regularly with no consequences.

Decent pay, overtime, drive time, 20$ meal per diem on days away from home, hotel when away from home

Cons

Sometimes travel up to 5 hours away from home, tedious boring work, sub par work culture.
