      Easy work , on your own most the time , just you and your team no weekends or overnight

      Cons

      Inconsistency with managers and scheduling , sometimes shifts seemed force , and constantly calling when something minor happens

      Requesting time off is hard to do. Last District manager was really hard to contact. Finally got a new one 4 days before I left after two years
