Easy work Consistent work flow through shift

Cons

Supervisor stopped scheduling me for no apparent reason, finally got him to schedule me then taken off schedule indefinitely

Pros

Great opportunities for growth and advancement. 401k benefit is super, other benefits are at least average. Recruitment and hiring are in a different silo from team management, freeing the lead to run the team.

Cons

Technology is dated, and IT leaves much to be desired. Management style is top heavy, micro managing, command and control in nature. The proper tools for managing a 30+ person team are really not in place.
