Worked independently. Pretty much your own boss

Cons

They dont really look at your stores to see what they are instructing us to do. They sit at a computer looking at planograms and think that the stores are the same way. Under paid to do work of vendors who get paid WAY more than we do (pepsi/coke/ginger ale resets) my friend works for pepsi merch crew makin 18+ per hr and we have to do their working making 12.25/hr.
