Good Team Mates - Decent Environment - Decent Pay

Cons

Hours are inconsistent and vary with every week in every cycle. No stability in team structure. In a span of 9 months, there have been a constant streams of new leads and team members. Little or spotty communication with management and horrible communication with IT.

The management here is horrendous. They retaliate, they talk down to you, they have no respect for your time, they don’t appreciate anything you do or sacrifices you make. They have a high turnover of employees because they treat their employees like they are below them. They also don’t pay you your full salary. They pay you incorrectly and when asked to correct it they continuously ignore you. The work is inconsistent and play favorites when it comes to who they give hours to.
