Pros

Great benefits, strong management structure, aggressive pay structure at all levels, management cares about their employees, the work is fun, the relationships with my co-workers and the stores, and of course promotion opportunities are abound if you work hard.

Cons

At times you will put in long hours to meet the needs of the customer, but this comes with any 3rd party merchandising company role you play. Other than that I love this place!

Pros

Local manager was great to work with.

Cons

Would work 40 hrs, maybe get paid 24. Fight for those missed hours, maybe get back a few and also not get full hours worked on next pay. Constantly fighting to be paid for what I worked. They didn't take proper deductions.
