Pros

Flexibility, paid mileage after 30 minutes on the road.

Cons

Never will see raises, yet new hires always get more than the current employees working. They push more resets in and expect teams with not enough workers to get it all done. They expect you to work ten hours a day yet they time you quickly on resets and yet we are part time people. If they expect us to do full time hours and interact with customers than they need to pay us much more than we are worth.

Was a good company until they made all the full time employees part time with no benefits.

Cons

Can’t trust top management to look after the employees.

Pros

You get to travel, Company pays for hotels and reimburses for meals and some entertainment, Company pays for travel time and of course if you work overtime your paid for that as well.

Cons

Company could pay more for milage but can't complain considering everything else they pay for.
