HR is not for the people

Pros

Flexible hours and if you have a good head on your shoulders, management and everything is okay

Cons

Avoid anyone and any problems that may come your way. HR is not there to support the people and they are only there for best interests of the business even though you explain yourself and you did nothing wrong. Your seniority and efforts do not matter to them. This is an at will job so you can get fired for anything which is unacceptable so be aware if you want to build a career for yourself and family. This job is fast paced, so you will either “sink or swim”. If you are one that needs constant support, this job is not for you.
