Went Downhill

Pros

At the start I had really enjoyed the work- minimal interaction with customers, occassionally we could leave a little early if we got everything for the day done, kind coworkers, somewhat decent pay, and management was relatively easygoing as long as things were done.

Cons

Took a steep downhill, started insisting on more and more hours, upper management did not at all hide their rudeness to the direct lead, paid new employees more than ones who had been there longer and didn't match the pay difference even though it was very large.

Pros

Decent pay and hours are abundant they pay for lodging and reimbursement on gas mileage or total spent depending on division and project your on

Cons

Rushed travel plans depending on division wear on your car sometimes crappy lodging but they will fix this when brought to attention sometimes extra long shifts

You get paid for driving after the first 30 miles and a 26 cent a mile for gas.

Cons

No raises ever. No time off and no benefits for part time employees. Not very flexible without having a reason.
