      Good work, good teammates, terrible management and hours

      Pros

      Easy work, especially if you like organizing and merchandising. Teammates can be a mixed bag but most are fun.

      Cons

      Wage theft that I got my manager in legal trouble over, retaliation from upper management, little assistance with HR needs. Our team would be lucky if we got 20 hours a week, and at minimum wage for our state that is not enough to live on. Also, it’s an overnight job.

      Pros

      There is an early start time, dealing with less traffic going to and from work.

      Cons

      Drastic drop in work. Will be out in 4 hours or less. A LOT of time off that you don't ask for.

      Provided polos (polyester - hot in the summer)

      Cons

      This is pretty much the same for field service reps with any similar company: although there is flexibility in your work schedule, you should consider that hours are not guaranteed, the pay is pretty low, you are using your own device mostly if not entirely, you are providing internet, and you are using your own vehicle so there is tremendous wear & tear & gas. Bottom line, for low pay, you ultimately are making much less than your hiring wage and no benefits. Companies like these seem to constantly merge with other companies or are completely acquired.
