Low pay, good hours, senior mangement doesnt care

Hours are early morning- off afternoons, no weekends or holidays pretty easy work- able to work independently

Cons

No pay during time off- less and less hours offered, upper management acts like babysitters and will not treat you like an adult, no empowerment to manage your own team or offer feedback- they state they want feedback but they do what they want regardless. They sit up in an office telling you they can't pay you more cause of the contract and billable hours but paying themselves more and more. Overall this company is a joke

Very organized, you get to work and you're given your assigment. Team lead is always available to help and will jump in when needed. Great communication and follow up.

Cons

You have to get to work at 4am and since it is at a different location every day, you need to adjust your morning schedule every day. No benefits.

• good salary + travel pay • hands on work, great if you like puzzles • big on communication

Cons

• weekly quantity of hours is not fixed, could go over or under 40 for ft • some supervisors/leaders are great, a lot aren't (as with any job) • little time to spend at home or with family when travelling
