It's the easiest job in the world.

Cons

Terrible pay. Leadership is bad and training is almost non-existent. Recently cut hours in half, making it difficult to survive.

Pay after the driving time and compensation is good

Cons

You basically only have one day off a week, and if you show that you’re competent they’ll give you all the work while others do nothing all day. No benefits
