-New hires getting better pay -Upper mgmt could care less about workers -Constant need to make sure drive time/gas mileage was being paid -Use to be a better crew, fun, teamwork environment -Lacks diversity

Pros

SAS provides people services to companies to do certain jobs, including in-store implementation, merchandising (space planning) analysts, and other positions regarding merchandising. I work for SAS but under the banner of one specific grocery store chain. The people I work with are so great and supportive.

Cons

My compensation is well below what other companies pay, and the "bonuses" are laughable. Also, SAS had a really hard time getting organized when it came to the transition when they acquired the brand that we work with. They are slow to help with paycheck issues, slow with ADA and other acomodations on a corporate level, and just overall upper management does not seem to care.

Cons

New hires are making dollars more an hour than current employees doing the exact same job. New drive time policy is horrendous and some how worse then the previous policy. Decisions made by the higher-ups show that they haven't ever stepped foot in the stores the service let alone worked in one.
