Pros

You are usually by yourself working one on one with the merchant you are assigned to! Flexible hours no weekends unless you want to! Immediately receive all holidays off with pay!

Cons

If you aren’t self motivated you will fall behind quickly and lose your job just as fast as you received it. It’s the same thing every week. Also if you don’t catch on quickly or have prior experience with setting mods then this isn’t the job for you. Literally have 3-4 days training and usually in one store and I am assigned 4 so the rest was on me to figure out and build a repor with the managers and coaches of walmart!
