Pros

Great Campus facilities(gym, pharmacy, health center, cafetaria) Working environment is flexible. If you are not really focused on career this is the company to be in.

Cons

Extremely slow paced. People are lazy and want to push work into the future as much as they can. Racist. No training. Low Pay Slow growth Limited to no interaction Each employee follows an individual approach and is restricted to his/her own work area. There are no brainstorming activities or group/team sessions that generate new ideas The environment is nowhere close to dynamic and at some point you would really question the reasons behind the company being ranked so high

Pros

Work-Life balance (if you are not in R &D). For employees at Cary, NC, there is a big fitness center, onsite childcare (if you are senior enough to climb up through the long waiting list).

Cons

A pretty laid back company. Compensation below average and increments really meager. All employees are treated the same way when it comes to giving raises at the end of the financial year.

Pros

R&D has good work life balance, consulting does not have so. Fair in terms of performance reviews. good incentive to people who stay longer in the company.

Cons

Bad HR policy, too much retiral in compensation, cycle of appraisal and increments are not linked.
