Cheated Managers of their 4 qtr Bonuses

Really good shoes(most of them) handbags and belts. Great customer base. Good work hour's.

Cons

Took last week of 2016 4th quarter and put in into 1st quarter of 2017. By doing so you cheated many managers out of their hard earned bonus. Some of us really busted our butts to hit the numbers. Worst part was we were not informed until it was done. We are under paid. I have perfect credit but do not qualify for a home loan because my income is too low. That's sad.

Free food a couple times a month, holiday parties, insurance, new leadership is good, owners actively involved, fun company culture, company went through re-org and trying to weed out employees just there for a paycheck, awards for length of employment

Cons

pay below market value, CEO only likes men, micromanaged by HR, people promoted to positions they have no business being in but they have been there for 25+ years, not ideal for millennials looking for advancement, $15/month 401K match is a joke
