We just received our employee appreciation gifts. There is still companies that care about the people. I really enjoyed my job and love working with the people I work with.

Cons

Slow pace at times, we need more traffic in our stores. Not enough capacity to carry all shoes in our stores.

The days you get to help someone walk better or feel relief were great days. The individuals who sincerely appreciated your time and effort to help them made my day.

Cons

The company is beginning to lose touch with their retail clients. I understand the need to evolve and reinvent one's self, but never at the cost of the customer who made you.
