Customers, co-workers, somewhat decent wage, a weekly paycheck, time off, and benefits are great assets in this job

Cons

Management at the local and district level needs some serious investigation. All managers need to be held accountable for not doing their jobs well both ethically and professionally. NO exceptions.

Pros

If you like to be independent and do your own thing you certainly get to do that. You are in charge of every aspect.

Cons

You work long hours, there is no communication. As a manager you are pretty much just left to deal with everything with no advice or direction above you.

My co-workers were great! The product is awesome! The company truly cares about their people! Closed on holidays even when other retail is open allowing employees to spend time with their family. Hours were great!

Cons

At times some of the upper management had rather cover something up than face the facts.
