Professional, Well Structured, Organized, Growth available, Strives to be the best. Expects the best from their employees while also developing an employee to grow rather than stay stagnant. Great company to grow from the Field side to Office side of the Electrical Trade.

Cons

Separate Groups are like competitors to each other. Gives illusion of minimal comradery. This can create a division in going after work.
