Great health, dental, vision benefits for the whole family.

Cons

Employees have absolutely no value and come and go every day. I saw many good employees get fired and walked out of this place. There is a complete lack of ethics. General contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors have learned to avoid this company whenever possible.

Staff level personnel are very likeable, friendly and full of great ideas on how to improve. They share a genuine concern for current policy, process and management.

Cons

No autonomy to do what you were hired to do. Us against them attitude with internal service teams. Lacks management cooperation and common goals.
