Pros

If you’re white you don’t need a Doctor note to return back to work at Walmart in Midland #

Cons

People with positive cases of covid are allowed to return back to work under white privilege, but don’t call the account managers or HR, ugh I client says it okay, so Wal-Mart says it’s okay. How many employees have positive covid and went back two work after 5!day infecting others. No we will not speak to HR , they are ready know.

Hr does not work for you

Pros

If it wasn't for the schedulers, most of us would have quit and everyone in the office do the job. Let's see how they like be harrassed

Cons

Remember HR does not work for you, Not the VP of HR or Account Managers, COO they work for their clients at any cost. This includes everyone in the company, if they ever call you after you complained, it's a set up to be shipped out. Remember Set and Service Resources say it's all the clients rules. File a complaint with the EEOC against the clients, no one wants the EEOC on their shirttail no even a billion dollars company like loans. Don't file in NC it's a waste of time. Make sure the attorney writes it up for you.
