Pros

You get to pick and choose your work according to the jobs that they're offering each day.

Cons

You probably need about three or four more companies like set and service resources to to stay afloat. You definitely cannot make a living with them as your only income. Be ready to keep the roads warm because you're going to have to travel to different locations.

Thanks for your feedback. As you've observed, our work can be a great way to supplement your income but there isn't always enough work available for it to be the only source of income. Our team is working hard to secure additional work opportunities for our reps. Thanks for the work you do!

Pros

The idea of a flexible schedule is great.

Cons

I have done two jobs since starting with this company. The first one was a Walgreen's cooler reset. It's not rocket science. If you can read a plan-o-gram, you can set up the cooler to look like one. The other job was a Dollar General. I was told in an email that I was to say I was from Flatline (they are probably the 3rd party that doesn't work like this for Dollar General). My issue was. I talked to the Assist Mgr and she didn't have an idea of what I should be doing. Called the support line and they didn't know what I was doing there and said you should have gotten an email. Ok, So I checked the email and there was an 800 for Flatline. I called them two or three times and no one picked up. A lot of miscommunication between the field and support. But I'll try to sign up anymore future jobs, I can.
