SaSR is a growing company that is really great to work for. From the top to the bottom, they live by their core values. In a competitive field, SaSR continues to grow its brand by its service-first orientation. Very happy to aboard, and plan to stay on board for a long time!

If you have questions for management back east or on the floor they are answered quick manor. Set mgrs help train and understand your employment there.

Cons

Not enough hours to work. Other than this no complaints.

We know the work can be sparse in some areas but do allow you to pick up jobs anywhere in the country if you are traveling. Excellent Support!, Very little turnover, PHENOMENAL dedication and support of their Merchandisers, Self Schedule work, Can cancel up to 48hrs prior with no penalty. They acquire large contracts, very fair and supportive.

Cons

I wish there was more work but with so many new Merchandising companies the jobs are spread thinly amongst several companies that are constantly trying to outbid each other and steal the "others" contracts. SASR seems less driven by underbidding and keeping the extra dollar than they are about reputation and quality of job deployed and more importantly... Quality of the team they strive to retain for the long run. The travel teams could use better wages and travel incentives to help retain the good ones, but due to travel incentives dropping, and cost of fuel and leaving their families increasing, more and more of the regulars are declining travel opportunities.
